See, if we say "I'm sorry, your not what we are looking for at this time" It probably means that your not what were are looking for at this time. It doesn't mean that we hate you, or that we think your music is bad, or that we are part of an international conspiracy to keep you down. We have had acts play here that we personally liked, and that our customers hated, so they don't get to play here anymore. I like my music, but I wouldn't hire me because my style isn't what is right for this venue. It may just be that we had someone who sounded like you and our customers didn't respond well to them. That's the thing about music, deferent things appeal to deferent people. Seriously, maybe someday in the future we might have a opening when we want to hire you, but if you came up here and threw a fit we won't wanna call you back. |
